Maddie Boyd (she/her) is passionate about helping children develop the skills and confidence they need to participate in the activities that are most meaningful to them. She joined the Developmental FX team in 2026 after working as a school-based occupational therapist, where she supported children and young adults with developmental delays, genetic disorders, autism, and complex behavioral and sensory needs. Maddie earned her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Alabama State University and is committed to providing, family-centered care that empowers children to thrive across home, school, and community environments.

Maddie values building strong relationships with children and their families through collaboration, trust, and open communication. She believes every child has unique strengths and strives to create engaging, individualized therapy sessions that are both effective and fun. She is passionate about lifelong learning and is excited to continue growing alongside the experienced clinicians at Developmental FX while providing neurodiverse-affirming and compassionate care. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys staying active through various sports, spending time outdoors, and reading a good book at home.
