Monique Headley (she/her) joined the DFX team in spring 2026. She brings over 20 years of versatile business experience spanning accounting, finance, human resources, and operations management across corporate and nonprofit sectors. Monique is an award-winning author and has served on several non-profit boards and committees.

Always a passionate learner, she received her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Art in English Literature. Outside of work and school, Monique loves spending time with her family, reading, weight training, traveling, and volunteering with organizations supporting the local Denver community.
